Step 1
Complete the easy enrollment form and select your starter kit. We’ll contact you to confirm your details
Step 2
Click Patient, then Order to tell us about your immediate and recurring equipment and supply needs
Step 3
We ship your order and coordinate the claims paperwork as required for the Dept of Labor
